Apartment Côte d’Azur

At the beginning of this year we stayed at the wonderful apartment Sainte Maxime. This time we stayed a number of weeks in the above apartment Côte d’Azur. Also perfect, both in terms of layout and space as facilities. Fantastic big room and spacious bathroom and bedroom. Lovely to be woken in the morning by the rising sun and immediately see the sea. Blessed large balcony. And an even better view, especially at Frejus / Saint Raphael. We were for the first time in the picturesque Grimaud, that certainly is beatiful. From the mill / cemetery a beautiful walk through the village, purple colored by flowering bougainvillea. Also new for us it was landlocked park, the beautiful Avenue Alfred de Musset in Saint Aygulf and the walkway right along the sea. And again thank you Star Service. Ideal that the Dutch are not complying with the French battle, but working with German Gründlichkeit. In short, yet another fantastic vacation in quality accommodation.

We were in January / February 2014 for the first time for six weeks at apartment St. Maxime and that was certainly not the last time . Fantastic villa, great living space, great balcony , unforgettable views. The service from owners and managers also deserves *****.

In the winter months it is good to be in this environment. When the sun shines, the wind chill temperature is above 20 degrees and you can have breakfast outside and afternoon in summer clothes. The most beaches are quiet and you can go on the boulevard of Frejus / St . Bustle for Raphael and St. Maxime . Also (leash) dogs are welcome in the winter on the beaches. In January / February the mimosa blossoms.

Because you have no traffic jams on the coastal road, in the winter it is an ideal time to make road trips. Nice road trips are:

Saint Paul de Vence (walled, very old artists’ village on a hill with only narrow lanes)
Antibes (super yachts in the harbor and a beautiful old center)
Cannes (boulevard and restaurants on the beach full of new and old rich)
Mandelieu la Napoule (beautiful trail next to the sea from port to port along a beautiful old castle)
St. Tropez (stapled at the Citadel on the hill. Perfect view over the village and yo can visit the Saturday market in the central square)
Gassin (small village on a hill with stunning views over the bay of Saint Tropez)
Cavalaire sur Mer (pleasant boulevard)
Le Lavandou (beautiful promenade and beaches)

Hiking lovers can indulge in the quiet trails right next to the sea. The are along the whole coast line. The most beautiful one (in our opinion) is in Saint Tropez: from the beach in the Baie des Canebiers L’ Estagnet to the Pointe de la Rabiou.

Very nice house, the view over the sea is fantastic and we enjoyed swimming in the pool!

Apartment Cannes

Our stay in apartment Cannes was very nice. Together with our daughters aged 13 and 14 years, we have enjoyed the view from the balcony, the pool and the luxury of the house.

The house is nice and quiet despite the crowds in the area. Lovely to unwind, but still enough to do in the area to go out. A must for anyone who loves sun, sea and fun environment. However, a car is necessary to drive into the area and visit the villages in the area. Cycling or walking through the hills is not possible.

Apartment Cannes

On September 9, 2017 1 week we were in apartment Cannes. Way too short!! It was delicious. Beautiful terrace with stunning sea views. Lovely quiet location (though car needed for groceries, sea). Equipped with all the comforts. We will definitely be back.

Apartment Côte d’Azur

And that was 5. The fifth time in the blissful Cote d’Azur apartment, which, just like the balcony, is so spacious that even two large dogs do not get in the way. We have once again been very impressed with the weather, the regional newspaper had a note about summer conditions around the holidays in December. We had our breakfast almost every morning on the sun-drenched sun, with fantastic sea views during the day and a beautiful starry sky in the evening. We even enjoyed an afternoon of heavy weather with a huge amount of rain and incessant lightning, because it was spectacular to see it by sea. Striking this year was the large number of breathtakingly beautiful sunsets, which we, like many French people, have looked at with wonder. Again fully enjoyed the quiet beaches, where our dogs could lose all their energy. In that respect, a visit to the beach of Le Lavandou was a highlight. In the summer there is no square centimeter unoccupied, but we had it alone for hours. A pleasant surprise was that both the owners and caretaker of ‘our second home’ and the entrepreneurs of Saint Rahaël / Fréjus with resp. new facilities and new Christmas attractions had been extra outfitted to please everyone. In short, we are already looking forward to the end of this year!

We have had a wonderful week for the second time in the apartment in Les Issambres. Wonderful stay with all amenities and a beautiful sea view. In short; to enjoy!! Will definitely come back again.

ogether with our 15 year old daughter, we particularly enjoyed the place, the view, the pool, the coolness and space in the apartment and the beautiful surroundings. The apartment was also neat and clean. We rented the Cote d ‘Azur apartment. If we have the opportunity again, we will definitely go here for a 2nd time!
