Apartment Provence
We decited to go to France in October and we have to say that we loved it. The weather was great, all week around 25 degrees. We went to the beach 4 times this week, amazing. The kids where absolutely surprised, in a nice way :) The year before, we went in August and noticed that the French Riviera was so busy that this year we decided to go in a lower season. We made some good trips to Nice, Cannes and St. Tropez. St. Tropez had sale, it was heaven for me as a woman! We also have to mention the stunning view of our aparment: walking in the livingroom and wow...you could see the Mediterranean Sea so clear. And due to the nice weather we could have breakfast outside the entire week. Thanks you for all the great care and of making our holiday perfect. Also a thanks to the key managers.

Apartment St. Maxime
We have enjoyed our vacation in apartment St. Maxime to the fullest! It has a beautiful surrounding, clean and spacious apartment with stunning view. Every morning we enjoyed our breakfast on our terrace. The kids could just walk to the swimming pool and we could see them from our terrace just jumping and having fun. It was a wonderful holiday and we see you back again next year!

Apartment Cannes
This is our second year that we have booked with HuurVillaAppartement and next year as well. The ladies of HuurVillaAppartement have a constant service and are very customized. Our travel information (that we always receive 7 – 8 weeks before arriving) is always bound together and send by post with a lot of nice brochures of what to do in your vacation. The holiday mood is immediately there for us.
The first year we made the suggestion of putting sunbeds also on the private terraces. A couple of days later there they where, the sunbeds. Claire, one of the owners, told us that she was happy to receive this kind of suggestions. The ladies always have their apartments in perfect condition and are always open to hear suggestions. For us the apartment is always equipped with everything. They thought of everything, like a Raclette, there is a Senseo and also a washingmachine. We enjoy every year and also the calmness.
Thank you for taking care every year and to give us the holiday mood, which always starts as soon as we book. See you next summer.

Apartment Provence
We have celebrated the birthday of my husband in Les Issambres. The weather was beautiful, the sea was clear and we swim in the swimming pool, wonderful.
It was our first time at the Côte d’Azur and now I guess we are true fans. We did a lot of trips with the boat to St. Tropez. We could get on the navette in the port of Les Issambres and within 25 minutes we where in St. Tropez, ideal. Furthermore we have strolled at the boulevard in Nice and we have been to the parfume museum in Grasse.
We loved the South of France also on gourmet area. In St. Maxime you also have a lot of nice restaurants at the boulevard. After having dinner, we walked through the center of St. Maxime. You will find a lot of nice shops there and for the first time I have eaten lavender ice cream.
We both enjoyed the apartment and also the service, it was excellent. We had 2 private terraces with our apartment, me in the sun without a rooftop and my husband in the shadow under the rooftop. It was a birthdaypresent which we will never forget. Thanks.

Apartment Côte d'Azur
We enjoyed our short springbreak in Les Issambres (April 2011, a week in apartment Côte d’Azur).
An ideal and spacious apartment with a beautiful view; we only regret that we didn’t took our field-glasess with us…
The apartment was a perfect base to explore the coast and the hinterland. Here a couple of our successful trips: with the boat to St. Tropez (on Tuesday there is a beautiful market there and for the people that love Italian food “Bruno” is highly recommended. Its is a very cosy pizzeria on Rue de L’Eglise, close to the old port of St. Tropez). And further; We enjoyed visiting the hinterland, through the D7, to the villages Bagnols-en-Foret; café-restaurant Wafou at the boulevard in St. Maxime; and not to forget the croissants in the morning, which we would get from Chez Fanny that is situated on the bottom of the hill. In short, we would like to come back one day.

Apartment Côte d'Azur
As a family, we enjoyed the apartment. A lovely vacation with the family! When we entered the apartment and we saw the view from the livingroom and bedroom, we where amazed….wow, what a sea view. The view, during these 2 weeks, never bored us. The apartment looked wonderrful and clean. We got the feeling that we where in a hotel….there where miniature soaps in the bathrooms, a welcome letter and a bookmark on our pillows. An excellent service, also done by the 2 sisters. A clear communication and customized service. We also got some brochures especially for our 2 kids about things to do fort hem, like going to Aquatica. We have enjoyed the apartment, the view, swimming pool and the surroundings. Thank you for a wonderful relaxt vacation.

Apartment Cannes
A total surprise when I received my present for my fiftieth birthday of my husband and children. Namely a vacation to the South of France. An original present which obviously was my taste. A beautiful voucher, which was send to my husband in gift packaging together with all kinds of France Magazines, to catch up with my reading about the South of France! We, as a family have enjoyed our vacation at the beginning of January in our beautiful apartment. A good apartment which was most important of all, clean. A spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and a view….magnifique!
In short, a vacation to never forget.
PS: We have enjoyed our fireplace very much!

Apartment Cannes, Côte d'Azur, St. Maxime & Provence
“This looks like a postcard!” That was our first reaction of the entire family, when we arrived in the apartments. We looked at all apartments and the view over the Sea is just beautiful…a picture. We went with our children and grandchildren at the beginning of November to the South of France and enjoyed the soft weather of vive la France. We had our own apartment above, where we could enjoy our privacy. Our children and grandchildren all had their own apartment. Usually we have some problems when we want to spend the holiday all together, but the ladies of HuurVillaAppartement had a wonderful offer for us, whereby we had to pay for 3 apartments and the fourth was for free! A very relaxing week with visits to Cannes, Nice and St. Tropez and just stroll at the Côte d’Azur.

Apartment Cannes
We spend the last 2 weeks of September and the first week of October in apartment Cannes. Moreover the weather was fine. What a lovely vacation. If you want to experience “Life as a god in France”, then you would have to stay in this apartment or in 3 of the others. Because of our late vacation, we had the whole villa for ourselves, which we did not mind at all. The swimming pool was all for ourselves and especially the woman enjoyed it very much. The water was a bit cold, but eventually lovely! Regularly, we where surprised by the man of the house with a delicious bottle of cold white wine and a bowl of grapes and small snacks.
But I can imagine that being in the villa with other families could be very nice also at the swimming pool, because they have thought about everything. There is a refrigerator for the drinks, an electric grill for snacks, a comfortable lounge area. This could, for no reason, become a fantastic pool party.
Because we had 1 bedroom left, we invited another cordiale couple, which was great. We did not went out a lot…just nice lying at the swimming pool, read a book, internet on the iPad (even some places at the swimming pool had connexion!) We would get delicious shopping’s form the fantastic supermarkets to cook in our well equipped kitchen. We also had the luck that there was the Les Voiles de St. Tropez in the last week and that the times buoy was constructed in front of our apartment. That’s how we have enjoyed all spectacular sailing competitions en we were able to make beautiful pictures.
Well, there is only 1 disadvantage in renting this apartment! If you spend 2 or 3 weeks here, you really don’t want to get back to the Netherlands. And you would also like to have a swimming pool in the garden! Furthermore nothing than praise about the service. We did not made a reservation, but everything was very well arranged by phone and Internet. Also the key managers did their work excellent.

Apartment St. Maxime - Holiday in a luxury villa apartment
If you ever feel like a king, then you at least have to be once in this very comfortable villa apartment. Although it is only because off the view. From your living room and bedroom you look wide on the Mediterranean Sea, where the luxury yachts and the fantastic catamarans pass by.
The villa is located halfway up a mountain (ok walk up is not easy) in the town Les Issambres located between St. Aygulf and St. Maxime. The road is leading to St. Tropez, so you're in the middle of the jet set and celebrities. This led me to a Royalty.
The apartment offers you the comfort you expect with this you view. The apartment has various facilities such as multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, oven / microwave and (wifi) internet.

And with a glass of wine umm correction champagne in the pool you can really feel like a God in France.

Apartment Provence
In May of 2010 we celebrated our holiday in Les Issambres, apartment Provence on the French south coast. A wonderful week for us. The two children also had a good time.
The villa is situated on a hill with a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea. Our apartment was furnished with all requirements which are well maintained. It is clean and smells fresh. Everything you need is present even so a washingmachine. This is what we have used regularly.
The pool is heated and it is perfect to go swimming in the morning. The children also had fun in the pool. From our terrace you can monitor the children just fine.
At night it is very quiet and you wake up in the morning by the birds twittered in the garden surrounding the villa. Highly recommended, but not for May 2011, then we will be back.
