This apartment on the beautiful Côte d’Azur is just outside the picturesque village of Les Issambres, situated between Cannes and St. Tropez. The entire villa consists of 4 luxury apartments, each with its own entrance, conveniences and privacy.

As soon as you enter this very luxury apartment on the ground floor, you can go down the stairs and find the 2 bedrooms (1 with an en suite). Through a hall you will find the open kitchen and the living and dining room with a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. Behind the living room are a large walk-in closet and a second, spacious bathroom. The apartment has a swimming pool for shared use.

• 2 Large bedrooms of 14 m² (145 ft²) each. The beds are 1.60 by 2.00 meters (5'3 by 6'6). Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning.
• Kitchen with elaborate equipment such as oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, Senseo coffee machine and water cooker.
• 1 Bathroom with shower, washstand and toilet. 1 Bathroom with shower and washstand.
• Living room/dining room with homey, ample seating and an extraordinary view of the sea. There are also a dining table, 4 dining chairs, a TV set, a DVD player, Canal Digital and wireless internet. This room measures 24 m² (260 ft²).

Outside apartment St. Maxime

• Roofed-in terrace of 30 m² (325 ft²) with a dining table and chairs. A lovely spot where you can enjoy your breakfast with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. There are as well sunbeds on your private terrace.
• Swimming pool of 10 by 4 metrers (33 by 13 ft). Several seats and loungers surround the pool. There is also a pool house with a refrigerator and a lounge to enjoy a snack and a drink. The swimming pool and the pool house are shared.

• Gas, water and electricity are included, as well as wireless internet and the use of Canal Digital.
• The check in is on Saturday from 16.00 until 19.00. The check out is on Saturday from 08.00 until 10.00.
• Pets are on request. Additional cost amounts € 50,- per week.
• Cot and highchair on request.
• Final cleaning (€110,-), caution money (€500,-) and linen package (€25,- p.p. required) are not included in the price for the apartment. The linen package consists of: bed package, dish towel, kitchen towel, bath mat, 1 large towel and 1 smaller towel.
